Just a quick jot down so I don't forget. I'm not a Really competative pokemon battler, so the EV ranges are very variable. All moves in bold should be used together.

The strategy is simple. Send out drifloon, use it's high HP to take hits while setting up a Rain Dance to allow Magnezone to crank out 120 power STAB Thunders with EV maxed out SP. Atk.
